Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in an undergraduate/graduate program.

The successful candidate will be enrolled in or have recently completed a university course in one of the following disciplines: engineering, project/construction management, surveying, safety, environmental, finance, communications, or human resources.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be working closely with senior managers and clients.
  • Applying academic studies to real-world outcomes and being hands-on is crucial for success in this position.
  • A good work ethic and willingness to apply oneself and create a career path with our organization are expected.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to commence your graduate journey in the field, working alongside our operations team.

The candidate will assist the foreman and project manager with project planning and programming tasks, liaising and managing client relationships, monitoring performance against forecasts, and reporting issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with developing and reviewing management plans and safe work method statements.
  2. Monitoring production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  3. Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
  4. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
