Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Cafe Team Member to join our vibrant team in Sydney's newest cafes. Our mission is to deliver outstanding customer experiences through high-quality food, excellent service, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of menu items including sandwiches, salads, wraps, and burgers to meet customer demands.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by engaging in friendly conversations, responding to their needs, and providing personalized service.
  • Process transactions efficiently at the register, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to health and safety standards, cleaning as you go, and contributing to a tidy environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team culture by participating in ongoing training, sharing knowledge, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sandwich making or a related role is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential for effective customer interactions.
  • The ability to work a fixed shift, Monday to Friday, without weekends or late nights is mandatory for this role.
