Senior Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Infrastructure team in Brisbane. Our group is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to complex problems and offers the opportunity to build a career path within a fascinating industry.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing design projects, coordinating multidisciplinary civil projects, and developing workflow processes that drive outstanding delivery within the team.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to young team members on technical areas of expertise and project planning.
  • Driving business development activities from identifying opportunities to pursuing them with internal and external partners.

You will work amongst a group of highly motivated professionals who value your skills and contribute to an open and supportive culture.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) with experience in consulting environments, particularly in drainage or civil engineering projects. You should have strong links to the Victorian market and expertise in 3D design, design management, and bid writing/tendering.

Flexibility, proactivity, and teamwork are essential attributes in this role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
