**Job Title:** Customer Service Manager

This leadership position is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a visible presence in public areas and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Investigate and resolve customer or staff complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise all operations, including equipment, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and safety during shifts.
  • Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage the efficient use of plant, equipment, and utilities.
  • Coordinate supervisors to ensure effective staff supervision and task performance.
  • Motivate staff and foster teamwork to achieve business objectives.
  • Enforce dress code and patron behavior standards.
  • Maintain statistical and financial records.
  • Provide detailed daily reports for management.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm for service excellence.
  • Integrity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multitasking and time management skills under pressure.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality Management or Duty Management.
  • Current RMLV certificate and approved Managers license.
  • Current RSA and RSG Statements of Attainment.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
