Job Title: Merchandiser & Product Planner

As a Merchandiser & Product Planner at Strikeforce, you will play a crucial role in merchandising non-alcoholic products for leading brands. Your primary responsibility will be to build displays, fill and merchandise shelves and fridges, ensuring all products look fantastic in stores.

About the Role:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management to ensure effective product placement and display.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and implement plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, display, and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events.
Requirements:
  • Australian Drivers License with a reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
