Job Description

This is a unique and varied role that involves driving HR projects across multiple clients.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and grow your skillset in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives such as talent planning, succession planning, building capability, and employee experience.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Run HR cyclical events including annual review processes, engagement surveys, and training sessions.
  • Build relationships across the business supporting stakeholders and their employees.
  • Partner with clients to drive HR projects and initiatives.

For this role, we are seeking someone with strong experience in business partnering managing employee relations and performance management.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of success in HR project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be based on the outskirts of Sydney CBD with easy access to public transport.
