Aged Care and Disability Training Professional

We are seeking a skilled and passionate educator to deliver our nationally accredited Aged Care courses in South East Melbourne. As demand for these courses grows, we need a qualified professional to help us meet this need.
This is an ongoing employment opportunity, offering 2-3 days of work per week. You will be delivering training at client locations, providing high-quality education to students.
Key Responsibilities- Publishing accurate and comprehensive training materials, ensuring they align with industry standards and RTO procedures.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to guarantee student success and engagement.
- Maintaining precise records of assessment and training paperwork, adhering to RTO requirements.
- Liaising closely with the coordinator to provide timely data and reports as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its equivalent.
- A Certificate IV level qualification or higher in Aged Care.
- Substantial experience in Aged Care, with a deep understanding of current industry standards.
- A current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Driver's Licence (Car).
- Proficiency in English and excellent digital literacy skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65 per hour, equating to approximately $135,000-$160,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
