Project Management Career

Deliver high-quality projects across diverse property portfolios and client accounts.

  • Lead project meetings, schedule agendas, maintain project budgets and timelines to meet objectives.
  • Prepare project reports, drawings reviews, and updates for clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Assist in consultant and construction team selection, contracting, and management.
  • Oversee requisitions, change orders, and project-related invoices, providing advice to senior leadership.
  • Participate in service marketing and presentations to clients.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage assistant project managers and coordinators to ensure quality performance and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
  • Provide comprehensive progress reports and recommendations to senior management.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline required
  • 7+ years' experience in engineering or construction or client-side project management
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience leading teams in a project management capacity
