As an Optical Customer Service Consultant in our Heidelberg West location, you will learn about the optical industry, optics and optical dispensing. You will be trained to become one of our Customer Service Representatives who are the primary contact point for customer enquiries via inbound and outbound calls and are relied on by our customers for technical advice and product recommendations.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Optical Knowledge
  • 2 or more years' experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including navigating ordering systems and tools
  • High attention to detail
