Manufacturing Production Role

As a factory hand, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of products for our trade and retail customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating metal folding, roll form and bending machines and general manufacturing equipment is essential to meeting the demands of our business.
  • Liaising with manufacturing and dispatch teams is crucial in ensuring smooth operations.
  • Effective communication with customers regarding orders and project-related work is vital in delivering quality results.
  • General forklift duties including loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
  • Participating in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment is mandatory for your success.
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and being quality assurance focused ensures we meet high standards.
  • Adhering to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment is essential for everyone's well-being.

About You:

  • Forklift ticket and MR truck license or willingness to obtain is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant work experience although happy to train in how to operate machinery.
  • Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail ensures delivery of quality products.
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
