**Equipment Operative Role**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Equipment Operative. In this critical role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and their projects, providing expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and ensuring our equipment is ready for hire.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and keen to learn new skills. A level of physical fitness is required, and the ability to pass a drug test is essential. Additionally, you should have a strong interest in machinery and equipment, although training will be provided.

As an Equipment Operative, your responsibilities will include instructing and demonstrating safe equipment usage to customers, performing pickup and delivery tasks, maintaining high equipment standards through regular servicing and minor repairs, cleaning branch facilities, and conducting equipment inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
