About the Role

The Business Intelligence Developer position is a key role within the Planning & Reporting Team in the ANZ Finance department at Corporate Travel Management.

This role will support the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and will consist of day-to-day and Ad-Hoc support requests from key department managers, drive business improvement through the identification, recommendation and implementation of value adding initiatives & analysis, development and improvement of internal reporting to meet business requirements, and contributing to continuous business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in driving business improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting to meet business requirements
  • Contribute to continuous business process improvements
  • Provide day-to-day and Ad-Hoc support to key department managers
Requirements
  • Advanced SQL and PowerQuery skills
  • Advanced PowerBI and DAX skills
  • Knowledge of best practice management of large data models
  • Experience building and editing tables in SQL databases
  • Experience setting up and managing Row Level Security for large multi-level organisations
Preferred/Desirable
  • Experience with migrating large data models between platforms
  • Travel industry experience
Skills
  • Advanced SQL, PowerQuery, Power BI and DAX skills
  • Understanding of best practice management of large data models
  • Experience building and editing tables in SQL databases
  • Experience setting up and managing Row Level Security for large multi-level organisations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to think through and solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated capacity to consistently deliver a high level of customer service and develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to manage a high-volume workload to meet reporting deadlines
