Simulation Operations Coordinator

The role is responsible for the day-to-day logistical management of the simulation centre.
This includes managing the centre's operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a high level of service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- A relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and guide staff.
- Highly advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate projects and tasks.
- Numeracy skills with the ability to understand and communicate financial information and monitor budgets.
