The role of a Rigger/Dogman is available at a sugar mill located along the banks of a river on the Gold Coast. This esteemed establishment has been servicing Australia with quality sugar products for over 100 years, providing excellent opportunities for skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a basic rigger, you will work closely with boilermakers to remove steelworks and pumps and place them in scrap steel bins.
  • Erect new steelworks using your dogman skills, working efficiently with a 1 tonne chain block.
Essential Requirements
  • Hold a rigging ticket and a dogman ticket, ensuring you meet the necessary qualifications for the role.
  • Possess a forklift ticket, demonstrating your ability to handle heavy machinery safely.
  • Have recent experience in a rigging role, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the industry.
  • Display reliability and teamwork skills, contributing positively to the team's success.
  • Provide a recent employment reference, highlighting your professional credentials and work ethic.
