Intermediate Rigger

Falcon Cranes is a leading provider of hoisting solutions, delivering top-quality services and innovative equipment across a diverse range of projects. With a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence, we are looking for skilled Intermediate Riggers with hoist installation experience to join our team.

This is not an operator role — we are seeking riggers who are confident in hands-on installation, dismantling, and progressive climbing of hoists and loading bays.

• Install, dismantle, and progressively climb hoists and loading bays in line with safety standards.
• Rig, lift, and align large components safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with crane crews, transport, and site teams for smooth project delivery.
• Organise and maintain hoisting equipment in the yard.
• Keep accurate documentation to support critical works.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and uphold Falcon Cranes' core values.
• Work on local project sites without requirement for regional or interstate travel.

• Intermediate Rigger (RI) ticket – essential (Basic Rigger with strong installation experience will be considered).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in hoist installation (not just operation).
• White Card, Working at Heights (within 2 years).
• Current Open Driver's Licence.
• Proven ability to read lift plans and work as part of a high-performing team.
• Australian work rights required for this position.

• $45 – $60 per hour (depending on experience and tickets).
