Job Description:

  • FIFO village and mine site cleaners play a vital role in maintaining the health, safety, and comfort of workers living and operating in remote mining camps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and servicing accommodation units, communal areas, offices, and amenities
  • Changing linens, disinfecting bathrooms, vacuuming rooms, restocking supplies, and managing laundry services
  • Collaborating with catering, maintenance, and site management teams to ensure the camp remains clean, functional, and welcoming for all personnel

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' cleaning experience in large venues or FIFO experience
  • Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial or commercial cleaning
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment
  • High attention to detail and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Australian Driver's Licence required for certain roles
  • Reside in WA with full work rights
  • Ability to work 11-hour shifts, day or night, and assist in other areas as needed
