Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our successful radiography department on a full-time basis. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, managing and running the department, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders
  • Manage and run the radiography department, including coordinating with radiographers and other team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and data entry
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • High level of initiative and motivation
  • Ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple practitioners
  • Knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential
