Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team as a Cafe Supervisor in our Waverton bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock and wastage, training staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety, creating rosters, and maintaining excellent communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

The ideal candidate will possess previous hospitality experience, at least 2 years of barista experience, excellent customer service skills, and a can-do attitude with strong communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of barista experience
  • Previous management experience (preferred)
  • 4+ years of hospitality experience

The Cafe Supervisor will play a vital role in driving the success of our business by delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing leadership to our team members.
