Cloud Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned cloud engineer to join our high-impact team. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable APIs and event-driven microservices with Java, Spring Boot, and modern cloud tooling.

You will work in a global-scale financial services environment, solving complex, meaningful problems that directly affect the real world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable APIs and event-driven microservices
  • Solve distributed systems challenges like real-time data flows, secure access, and low-latency processing
  • Champion clean code, performance tuning, and system resiliency best practices
  • Contribute to team culture by leading design discussions, reviewing pull requests, and improving developer experience
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, product, and SRE teams to ensure systems are resilient, observable, and production-ready
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures (AWS OR GCP preferred)
  2. Understanding of event-driven patterns and messaging tools like PubSub, Solace, SQS/SNS
  3. Strong SQL and NoSQL experience
  4. Familiarity with contract testing, CI/CD, and unit/integration testing at scale
