Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annumJob Description

We are seeking an experienced EAP Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will work closely with clients to provide short-term solution-focused therapy that addresses their current concerns and supports their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

You will have the opportunity to work in various areas across the business, including counselling and coaching, workplace support, and trauma-based work or workplace wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
  • Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
  • Broad experience across mental, emotional, lifestyle management, and work-life concerns
  • A values-led approach to supporting a client's wellbeing journey
