We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink Support in Melbourne. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment and intervention services to clients across a range of ages, including paediatric and adult clients. Our clinic provides a flexible and well-supported work environment with a focus on peer-learning, functional therapy, evidence-based practice, and providing a holistic approach to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake assessments at the clinic, home, school, or agreed location
  • Provide therapy to improve gross motor skills, fine motor skills, handwriting, social skills, play skills, sensory processing difficulties, self-regulation, and self-care
  • Keep detailed progress notes, write assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and create and review goals based on assessment outcomes
  • Participate in care-team meetings for clients as required

Requirements:
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing
  • Experience working within the NDIS system (desired)
  • Must have a Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence and own a car
