About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker Maintenance Professional to join our team at Evolution Mining.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day mechanical maintenance of our processing plant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily and weekly scheduled maintenance of equipment in accordance with current procedures
  • Working with a multi-disciplined team to maintain the fixed plant and ancillary equipment
  • Ensuring safe and efficient maintenance and repairs of the fixed plant and ancillary equipment
  • Source technical information from available reference manuals, technical bulletins, and service documentation
  • Maintaining legible, coherent, and accurate records and documentation as required by Australian standards
  • Remaining flexible and prompt when attending to new work requests
  • Supporting periodic plant shutdowns as determined by the maintenance program
  • Participating in the after-hours call-out roster

This permanent position will be offered on an 8:6 roster, open only to those based residentially or willing to relocate to the Kalgoorlie/Boulder region.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with previous fixed plant experience in a mining environment.

Key attributes include:

  • Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
  • A strong commitment to safety as a way of work
  • A high-risk work license for CSE, Working at Heights, Franna, and Forklift (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of personal risk assessment (e.g. JSA process, Permits)
  • Ability to prioritise and complete planned and unplanned work
  • Strong communication skills working within policies and procedures
  • Competency to work in a team or alone at times
