Expert Financial Operations Director

The Business Services Manager will oversee the compliance work for a client portfolio, managing workflow, drafting invoices, completing timesheets, and monitoring work-in-progress. They will also liaise with clients via face-to-face meetings or phone, assist in identifying new business opportunities, and review financial accounts and tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of accountants
- Provide specialist taxation advice to clients with large turnovers
- Prepare financial statements for businesses, including cash flow statements, analysis, budgeting, working capital, break-even analysis, etc.
- Tax compliance review and planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CA/CPA qualification and extensive knowledge in providing specialist taxation advice
- Experience managing and leading a team of accountants
- A strong technical background in business services, taxation, and/or superannuation
