About the Role
  • This hands-on role focuses on delivering operational excellence initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and build a customer-centric mindset.

The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with a passion for operational excellence and innovation. They will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years in logistics operations management with accountability for financial performance.
  • Practical experience in leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, including LEAN and Six Sigma frameworks.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and managing priorities.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Enhancing operational performance by driving productivity, error reduction, and labour/equipment management strategies.
  • Fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement through capability-building programs and mindset shifts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Operations Excellence standards.
