Job Title:

Culture and Content Advocate

">Description:

  • This role is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement across the audio division, focusing on content output, craft, and audience growth.

  • You will deliver training support, coaching, and feedback across programming that includes talk, podcasts, music, and sport.

  • You'll design and facilitate workshops as well as provide highly specialized feedback to presenters and producers on ways to improve the quality of content and presentation.

  • Liaise with heads of our audio networks, managers, and content directors on issues of quality and the development needs of teams and individuals.

  • Deliver high-quality results by applying initiative, judgment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

  • We're looking for a proactive, people-focused professional with a solid understanding of audio content and a talent for solving problems before they start.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in delivering development, support, mentoring, and training to audio content makers with a diversity of skills and backgrounds.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with significant experience in planning and delivering innovative and original content across all platforms.

  • Natural organizational ability to apply initiative and judgment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • A solid understanding of audio content and a talent for solving problems before they start.
