Consumer Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights that inform and guide business initiatives across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement custom consumer research projects from start to finish, including study design, vendor selection, questionnaire development, and results analysis.
  • Manage the end-to-end innovation research process, from thematic testing through to sensory testing.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of regional brand equity tracking programs, working closely with vendors to ensure clear performance drivers for Subway and competitors.
  • Oversee the management of consumer panel data providers, responsible for monthly market share reporting.
  • Identify and closely monitor consumer trends from within and outside the category.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Understanding of Brand Equity Tracking principles and consumer panel sourced data.
  • Experience in developing research briefs, identifying optimal research solutions, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills, with ability to mine insights from multiple data sources.
