About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Pet Care Specialist to join our team at PETstock Retail Pty Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional customer service, share your knowledge of pet care, and contribute to a fun and inclusive work environment.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring memorable and meaningful interactions with customers.
  • Share your knowledge of pet care, inspiring and educating customers on the best products and services for their pets.
  • Assist with sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store, ensuring all stock is displayed and easily accessible.
  • Stay up-to-date on pet care, products, and services, and contribute to a culture of safety within your team.
Requirements
  • A passion for animals and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a similar retail environment.
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and team members.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift products up to 20kgs.
  • Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays.
