About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated culinary professionals to join our kitchen team as Head Chefs or Sous Chefs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and guest experiences through efficient kitchen operations.

  • Cooking to High Standards: Ensure all meals are prepared to our high standards, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Menu Execution: Follow our national recipes and plating guides to deliver visually appealing and tasty dishes to our guests.
  • Kitchen Efficiency: Provide seamless food service while maintaining the highest quality standards at all times.
  • Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Allocate staff sections and secondary duties throughout shifts, managing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef.
  • Innovation: Contribute to the development of new menu items and limited-time offers ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock ordering, delivery receipts, and temperature log reporting to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant diploma qualification and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
