Are you a finance expert looking for a new challenge?

We're seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our team, responsible for managing financial operations across the D2C channel.

This role involves:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Preparing financial and management reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with teams to provide accurate financial insights.

Shared Services Collaboration

  • Liaising with Europe-based Shared Services to ensure smooth coordination of financial processes.

Month-End & Year-End Close

  • Leading the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed asset reviews.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight

  • Supervising AP and AR functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness in transactions.

Audit & Compliance

  • Managing external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Strategic & Project Support

  • Providing financial insight on key business initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications

  • CA or CPA qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior accounting role.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations and GAAP/IFRS.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
