International Freight Import Sea Freight Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Import Sea Freight Operator to join our dynamic team in South Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth freight process and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage import sea freight operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Liaise with international agents, carriers, and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Track and trace import sea files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with overseas offices and agents to resolve any issues or concerns.
- 3-5 years' experience in import sea operations.
- Proficiency in EDI Cargowise software.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
