Resident Wellbeing Specialist

Deliver exceptional care and support to enhance the wellbeing of our residents. Utilize a consumer-centered approach to provide dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, personalized care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
- Document outcomes clearly and adhere to established procedures.
- Recognize changes in health status and report appropriately.
- Respond to evolving resident needs with empathy and understanding.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety laws and regulations.
We seek motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our supportive team at Karana Community on a casual basis. Ideal candidates will be friendly, caring, and resilient professionals who genuinely prioritize their clients' well-being.
Requirements:- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for rostering, eLearning, and other administrative tasks.
- Current Covid-19 vaccination and willingness to obtain annual booster.
- Administration of medication training highly regarded.
- Flexible hours to accommodate work-life balance.
