Job Title: Culture and Capability Builder

This role focuses on developing people capabilities, inspiring growth, and shaping our organizational culture. We work across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

We seek a strong problem solver and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide advice and support to our people and leaders on Employment Legislation, Remuneration and Benefits, Policy & Procedures, People Systems (Success Factors), and Company Enterprise Agreements.

The successful candidate will also develop our leaders to own and manage cases around Performance, Health & Wellbeing, Grievances, and Disputes. They will also support end-to-end People Experience programs, including Performance and Development, Employee Engagement Survey, Onboarding and Offboarding, People Team Intranet, key Policies, in collaboration with the wider team.
