Civil Engineer
  • Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration

The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

We are seeking to appoint a Civil Engineer to lead a project delivery team in a bid to achieve client commitments and build client advocacy and confidence.

  1. Project Delivery - Delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  2. Stakeholder Management - Building strong relationships with clients, authorities and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Team Leadership - Leading a project delivery team to achieve business objectives and drive business growth.

  5. Business Growth - Contributing to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  6. Commercial Risk Management - Managing commercial risk to protect the business and its interests.
  7. People Management - Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff to develop their skills and contribute to the success of the business.
