Our Luxury Cocktail Expert - Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement creative cocktail programs for three bars.
  • Deliver exceptional luxury service, providing warm and welcoming service to all guests.
  • Embody the essence of a luxury brand through values of A Passion for Excellence, The Essence of Plaisir, and The Spirit of Openness.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in planning and opening the outlet, authorizing timesheets, cashiering duties, and close of shift duties.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member, reporting to the outlet manager at all times during rostered shifts and completing assigned duties.
  • Ensure the outlet is fully stocked, maintain product knowledge, and advise guests on menus and wine lists.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous cocktail/bar experience, with good wine and mixology expertise.
  • A friendly guest-focused attitude, passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation.
  • Hold RSA Certificate.
