About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Survey Technician to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a Survey Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our civil construction projects across the Greater Brisbane Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out survey tasks across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform calculations and set up site survey works, utilizing GPS machinery and survey-related software.
  • Troubleshoot problems on site, applying your technical expertise to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality projects, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
About You
  • Hold formal surveying qualifications or be working towards them (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Have previous experience working on subdivisions (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Be skilled in survey-related software, such as 12D (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
  • Hold a strong work ethic and a QLD manual driver's license.
