Centre Manager Opportunity

Accoras is seeking a Centre Manager to lead and develop multiple programs at headspace Inala. This role involves providing leadership, guidance and support to a multidisciplinary team who deliver evidence-based, client-centred services to young people in the community.

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and excellent outcomes for clients. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including priority populations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

  • Effective leadership and coaching skills to build a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Management and Leadership, or Human Services related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of multi-disciplinary service delivery models, including coordination of care for complex needs.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders, including priority populations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
