Senior Qualitative Researcher

Job Description:

As a senior qualitative researcher, you will be responsible for leading projects and delivering high-quality research insights to our clients. You will work closely with the project team to develop and implement research strategies, conduct fieldwork, and analyze data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research strategies to meet client needs
  • Conduct fieldwork, including interviews and focus groups
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in qualitative research

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in qualitative research, preferably in an agency or commercial environment
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as research, marketing, psychology, or social science
  • Excellent knowledge of insights and project areas, including brand and communication development and testing, innovation, and NPD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
