
Power Generation Asset Management Specialist

The company is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to support power generation asset management. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing and coordinating Engineering, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Metallurgical solutions for boilers, turbines, and ancillary plant issues.
- Performing plant inspections as required.
- Ensuring adherence to pressure equipment regulations during outage periods.
- Assisting in coordinating engineers, plant inspectors, and NDT technicians during outages, shutdowns, and emergency repairs.
- Compiling technical reports based on inspection and NDT results.
- Developing inspection strategies and scopes of work.
- Supporting engineers during inspection, technical assessment, evaluation, and reporting stages of projects.
The successful candidate will have a degree or certificate in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, with graduate engineers considered. AICIP qualification is desirable. Knowledge and experience in heavy industry such as Power Plants, Oil and Gas, or Process Industries, preferably in engineering, inspection, or advanced NDT roles, are essential. Experience in risk and hazard identification and assessment is also required. Good written and verbal communication skills at all levels, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team, are necessary. Dynamic, self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The ability to build rapport at all organizational levels is also essential.
