Regulatory Compliance Specialist
This role involves supporting the regulation of early childhood education and care services by consistently and fairly applying relevant legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to achieve regulatory outcomes.
- Apply relevant legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines in the regulation of the ECEC sector, including monitoring, investigations, and assessment of applications and notifications.
- Conduct assessment and rating of education and care services across Queensland.
- Experience as a regulator or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of regulating the ECEC sector.
- Ability to analyse evidence and create analysis reports.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage risk and prioritise work tasks.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders and contribute to achieving regulatory outcomes that support quality early learning experiences.
