Senior Security Lead

The Senior Security Officer oversees the delivery of security services across the hospital, leading a team to ensure high standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Security Officers to deliver exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Collaborate with the Security Manager on administrative and operational aspects of the Security Department.
- Coordinate patrols and other security work during shifts.
- Respond effectively to challenging situations with empathy and integrity.
Requirements:
- Must hold NSW Security licence 1A and a current relevant first aid certificate.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team in a large complex environment.
- Proven experience providing security and customer service in a large client base setting.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills for report writing and maintaining shift logs.
- Able to develop effective working relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
