About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.

  • Lead the organisation's defence security strategy, policies and compliance under various frameworks such as DISP, DSPF, PSPF and ISM.
  • Manage all security governance activities including physical, personnel, ICT and information security.
  • Maintain and secure classified zones, facilities and networks in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee export control compliance, security risk assessments and secure material handling.
  • Interface with Defence agencies on clearances, visitor access, travel and facility security.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Defence or Defence Industry environment, in-depth knowledge of relevant frameworks, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives.
