As a mortgage broker, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses secure financing for their real estate ventures. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients who are looking to purchase or refinance properties, and to help them navigate the complex world of mortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • To source and originate new business opportunities through personal relationships, referrals and marketing efforts
  • To assess loan applications, gathering all necessary documentation from clients and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • To present loan options to clients and ensure they understand the terms and conditions of each loan product
  • To manage and maintain client relationships throughout the loan process, keeping them informed at all times
Requirements
  • Certificate IV and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking
  • Current FBAA membership (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 12 months of mortgage broking experience, including a track record of successfully writing construction loans (Desirable)
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service levels
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with both clients and referral partners
