Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to assist with food preparation, meal service, and dining area maintenance. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents and colleagues will be essential in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Provide exceptional service during meal times, including interacting with residents and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to legislated food hygiene practices
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the broader team, including laundry and cleaning duties

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly across various shifts. A Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent experience is highly regarded, as is a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
