Are you a seasoned production professional looking for a challenging role in fashion manufacturing?

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. This critical position involves managing the production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of collections.

About the Job

This key role will oversee the full production cycle from design handover to final delivery, including procurement of raw materials, trims, labels, and packaging. You will work closely with our Head of Production to coordinate bulk fabric and trim freight, negotiating costs and ensuring on-time delivery. Additionally, you will issue production materials to local makers and track progress.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee production schedules, including marker printing, cutting, and assembly
  • Conduct fabric testing and update care instructions accordingly
  • Assist with production fittings and address quality and fit concerns
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in fashion manufacturing
  • Experience in local production is essential; logistics experience is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of production processes, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
