Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Tax Strategist to lead our tax advisory practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex tax matters, managing client relationships and growing our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tax strategies that meet clients' needs and deliver value
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and apply this knowledge to advise clients
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of our tax advisory practice

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in tax advisory or professional services
  • Background in accounting, law or a related discipline
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Law or related discipline
  • Proven ability to develop and implement tax strategies, manage client relationships and grow business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • A collaborative and professional approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
