Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Regional Clinical Training Coordinator. This position will be responsible for implementing strategic planning initiatives related to clinical training, education, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on continuing education and training, and be able to provide coaching and mentorship to peers at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinics and individual nurses to deliver high-quality clinical training
  • Enhance clinical standards of care by addressing any areas for improvement and assisting clinics in increasing nurse capability and improving client & patient interactions
  • Provide regional mentorship to nurses requiring assistance with clinical standards
  • Influence positive clinical outcomes aligned with strategic initiatives relating to nurse clinical care
