Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the delivery of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other internal teams.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and risk. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and have experience with project management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and risk to ensure commercial success
  • Coordinating project activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and progress monitoring
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction, engineering, business)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a project lead or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience with project management software

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months. The successful candidate will be based at our head office, with frequent travel to project sites required.
