The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical review of payroll remediation projects, ensuring accurate wage compliance and entitlement calculations. They will also lead specific FBT-focused engagements by developing data models to determine applicable FBT amounts.
Key Responsibilities:- PAYROLL DATA ANALYTICS AND REMEDIATION: Oversee the technical review of payroll remediation projects to ensure accurate wage compliance and entitlement calculations in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- FRINGE BENEFITS TAX DATA MODELING AND TOOLS: Lead specific FBT-focused engagements by developing various data models to determine applicable FBT amounts.
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT WITH REGULATORY AUTHORITIES: Maintain and manage relationships with regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office and Fair Work Ombudsman to ensure compliance and effective communication.
- EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP: Over 9 years of experience in payroll data analytics, with a proven track record of leading large, complex projects.
