About the Role:- This role offers exposure to multiple sites across Perth and the CBD.
- As a full-time employee, you will enjoy uniforms provided and relief officer allowances paid.
- Potential earnings up to $90,000 (inclusive of generous overtime earnings).
We're expanding in Perth, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in Western Australia. This growth has created new roles within our Perth team, focusing on enhancing response and support capabilities for existing teams and clients.
The positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. You'll have the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and positions.
Duties & Responsibilities:- You should have demonstrated experience as a Rover in a corporate setting.
- Excellent verbal and customer service skills are required.
- Display 24/7 flexibility and intermediate computer skills.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution is essential.
- You must have full unlimited working rights in Australia.
- Greeting and directing tenants, contractors, and members of the public.
- De-escalation scenarios and ensuring the safety of members of the public and staff.
- Executing directions from the client and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- MUST be willing and able to work extra shifts when required.
- Incident report writing.
Requirements:
- Current Western Australian Security License.
- Current First Aid Certification.
- Fully Vaccinated and willing to provide evidence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and emergency services.
- At least one to two plus years of Concierge experience.
- Ability to liaise with high-profile clientele and people at all levels.
- Motivated, positive, and self-starter attitude.
- Confidentiality – ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Excellent communication, professional presentation, and problem-solving skills.
