Job Title: Team Leader

A key position is available for a Team Leader to oversee a team of support workers in the Ballarat area.

This role involves:

  • Leading a team and monitoring individual and team outcomes, performance and productivity
  • Ensuring medication assistance is provided to participants as required
  • Supporting senior management with prioritizing participant needs and developing internal policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate client records and database entries
  • Implementing systems and processes that prioritize participant choice and control

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in collaborative environments, consulting with stakeholders
  • Background working in the health, disability or community services sector
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and NDIS Practice Standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability/Individual Support or similar qualifications preferred

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality services to participants.
